My work with baby boomers often revolves around their sense that they don’t think they will be able to do nearly so much physically as they used to. In our work in the third portion of life, 60 – 100, muscle deterioration can be a major client concern. It is now catching on as an issue and the medical community is trying to agree on a definition for the word: Sarcopenia.
